To support flexibility and ensure no learning gaps, participants are allowed to attend the training sessions twice. This approach also helps learners reinforce their understanding, revisit complex concepts, and refresh their knowledge in the future — at no additional cost.

Each candidate comes with a unique professional background, including experience in BPO, KPO, QA manual testing, application support, business analysis, or entry-level software roles.

I will conduct a detailed discussion with each candidate to assess their experience level in key areas such as programming skills, domain knowledge, and communication skills. Based on this evaluation, a personalized learning strategy will be created to suit their individual needs.

Even without prior IT experience or programming knowledge, anyone can learn QA automation tools with the right guidance and consistent effort. This course is designed to help learners begin their automation journey from the ground up, even if they have never written code before.

All topics are taught from scratch, using simple, easy-to-understand examples, ensuring a smooth and confidence-building learning experience.

As a beginner in coding, there is no need to worry about technical issues or errors during the learning process.

Any issues can be communicated to me directly via WhatsApp, and they will be addressed as early as possible. For more complex issues, I will schedule a one-on-one Zoom meeting and resolve them personally.

Module-wise assignments will be provided throughout the course. Each assignment will be reviewed against an industry-standard checklist commonly used by IT automation teams.

Candidates will receive detailed, actionable feedback that can be applied to improve the quality of their work and projects. This structured review process helps candidates develop coding practices and problem-solving approaches aligned with those of experienced automation professionals, preparing them to contribute effectively once they join an automation project.

The key to succeeding in interviews is providing clear and appropriate answers to the questions asked. Our interview questions and answers are carefully curated to reflect current industry trends, ensuring you are well prepared for real-world interview scenarios.

A guided approach will be followed to prepare the candidate’s resume in line with industry expectations and best practices, ensuring it truthfully represents their capabilities, experience level, and career direction.

Once the resume is finalized, the candidate will be guided on how to approach and attend interviews effectively. Since interview questions are already discussed during the sessions, the same will be used during the mock interview.

Mock interviews will be conducted via video conferencing, and the candidate will receive detailed feedback at the end of each session to help identify areas for improvement and avoid repeating the same mistakes in future interviews.

The candidate will begin attending interviews with various IT companies. While some candidates succeed in their first attempt, others may require multiple interview opportunities.

Candidates are expected to share the interview questions they encounter. Based on these, I will provide guidance and solutions to help them improve their responses. This process will continue until placement is achieved.

Note: Placement support is valid for one year from the date of the first training session.
